The Google Apps menu can be customized to fit your needs, and it’s a simple process. To get started, make sure you’re logged into your Google account on a web browser. Then, open any of the main Google apps, such as Gmail, Calendar, or Drive.
In the upper right corner of the app, you’ll see a square of dots. Click on that icon to open the menu, which shows the default list of apps and their order.
To rearrange the apps, simply click and hold an item you want to remove from the top portion of the menu and drag it down to the bottom portion. You can also move an app from the bottom portion to the top. Once you have all the apps you want at the top, you can arrange them in a specific order to best meet your needs.
After making your changes, click out of the menu to dismiss it. The next time you open the menu from any Google app, your changes will be reflected automatically. Congratulations! You’ve just made the Google Apps menu more efficient and customized to your needs.
