Users can prompt the AI by saying, “Hey Meta, take a look at this,” followed by specifics, and the glasses capture an image and use generative AI to break down various subjects and elements. CEO Mark Zuckerberg demoed the features in an Instagram reel, showcasing how the AI can identify apparel and make suggestions. The update is only available to a small batch of users initially, as Meta collects feedback and refines the AI features before an official release. To participate in the early access program, users must update the Meta View app and join the early access program.
