Microsoft’s AI-powered Copilot app is now available for Android users. Unlike OpenAI’s ChatGPT app or Microsoft’s Bing AI app, it uses the latest GPT-4 and DALL-E 3 models. The free app is accessible from Google Play, offering features and capabilities that can be unlocked with a Microsoft account. The app allows for text or voice input, along with the ability to upload images for analysis. Microsoft has been emphasizing the term “Copilot” in its products, such as Copilot for Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and GitHub, as well as renaming its Bing Chat platform to Copilot. The app is currently exclusive to Android, but an iOS version may be on the horizon.
