Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) Hits All-Time Low Price of $189 just in time for Black Friday

The Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) is now available for a discounted price of $189, which is $60 off its regular price of $249. The offer is available at various retailers including Amazon, Target, and Best Buy. The larger watch SE (2nd Gen) 44mm is also on sale for $219, down from its original price of $279 on Amazon. Walmart is set to offer the SE (2nd Gen) for $179 starting November 22.

The Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) is a good option for those who do not require advanced features offered in the newer Series 8, 9, or Ultra and Ultra 2 models. It comes in 40 or 44mm display sizes and offers users up to 18 hours of battery life and 32GB of internal storage. While it offers some of the same health and safety features from the Series 8 and the Ultra, it does not track blood oxygen, perform ECG heart checks, or check temperature. Additionally, it is not dust resistant and the glass face is not as crack resistant as other models. The SE does not have an always-on display.

According to ZDNET Editor in Chief Jason Hiner, the SE (2nd Gen) is a good option for those who do not need all the latest health sensors and is suitable for someone who does not have an iPhone, such as a child or an elderly family member, using Apple’s Family Setup.

Other watch models, including the Series 8 and Series 9, are also seeing significant discounts. The Series 8 is currently $100 off, while the Series 9 has reached its lowest price of $329. For more early Black Friday Apple Watch deals, check out the latest offers.
