The latest WhatsApp update for iOS allows users to easily share original quality photos and videos without any compression. This means that iPhone users can now send media in its original quality, without it being downgraded due to compression. However, keep in mind that sharing original quality media may consume more data from your monthly plan. The update is currently available for iOS users, but there is no confirmed date for when Android users will receive the same update. This new feature is a significant improvement from the previous option to send High Definition (HD) quality photos. If you want to ensure that your recipient receives the photo or video exactly as it was captured, you’ll want to use the original quality option.
