Show Your Appreciation for Amazon Delivery Drivers with Free Tips

Amazon is reviving its initiative to show gratitude to its delivery drivers and give them a little extra cash. For the second year in a row, if you say “Alexa, thank my driver,” your gratitude will be passed on, and if they’re one of the first two million to receive thanks this way, they will also receive $5 from Amazon.

Drivers are among the unsung heroes during the holiday season, and Amazon is providing a way for customers to thank them using their Echo devices or smartphones.

Customers can simply say “Alexa, thank my driver” from their Echo device, or use the Amazon shopping or Alexa app on their smartphone to send a thank you message to their delivery driver.

Drivers who receive a thank you message from a customer will receive $5 as a token of gratitude. This offer is only available for deliveries made within the past 14 days and is limited to the first two million drivers.

In addition to using Amazon’s “Thank my driver” feature, there are other ways to show appreciation to delivery drivers, such as leaving snacks and refreshments for them, or preparing a small gift for regular delivery drivers.

The holiday season is a busy time for delivery drivers, and showing them appreciation through gestures or messages can go a long way in recognizing their hard work.
