JBL Announces New Lineup of Audio Products at CES
JBL announced a hefty lineup of new audio products, including true wireless earbuds, over-ear headphones, and Bluetooth speakers. CES week began today, and JBL’s commitment to extensive product announcements at the tech show is clear.
This year, JBL introduced three pairs of earbuds with touchscreen charging cases, namely the JBL Live Buds 3, Live Beam 3, and Live Flex 3, each featuring adaptive noise canceling, Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio, and JBL Spatial Sound. Each set of earbuds offers a different bud shape, resembling popular models from other brands.
The new Smart Charging Case allows users to control features and functions via the Smart Case’s 1.45-inch LED touch display, eliminating the need for a smartphone app. Each pair of earbuds in JBL’s latest Live 3 series has an IP55 rating and will be available this summer for $199.95.
In addition to the new earbuds, JBL announced updates to its portable Bluetooth speaker lineup, introducing the JBL Xtreme 4, Clip 5, and Go 4. These speakers are IP67-certified waterproof and dustproof, and are equipped with Bluetooth Auracast, allowing for simultaneous sound playback from multiple devices.
The JBL Xtreme 4, JBL’s largest portable speaker, will start at $379.95, while the JBL Clip 5 and Go 4 will start at $79.95 and $49.95, respectively. All speakers will be available for purchase this summer on JBL’s website.
Finally, JBL refreshed its Tune lineup of on-ear and over-ear headphones, announcing four models, two with noise-canceling properties and two without. The new Tune lineup will be available on JBL’s website in March, with prices ranging from $49.95 to $199.95.
Overall, JBL’s new lineup of audio products demonstrates the brand’s commitment to innovation and quality in the audio technology space.
