Apple Watch Series 9, Ultra 2 sales halt lifted by federal appeals court

Now, the ban has been lifted, and the devices are set to be available for sale in Apple Stores and online. This ruling comes after a dispute with medical technology firm Masimo, which accused Apple of patent infringement. The ban affected only sales directly from Apple, and the company is working on resolving the alleged patent issues to continue the sales of these devices. The US Customs and Border Protection will review any changes to the devices, and the US appeals court is set to hear Apple’s motion for a permanent stay on the ban soon.
